FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Payment is expected when treatment is rendered. We accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept Care Credit financing. An application for Care Credit can be downloaded at www.carecredit.com or provided by our Financial Coordinator. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices. We want to be concerned with your dentistry, not financial responsibilities.
We participate in nearly all bona-fide dental insurance plans, to include Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta Dental, MetLife, and United Concordia (TriCare), and are eager to help you with your claims. In this regard we would like to offer the following tips:
- Please bring a photo ID and your current dental insurance card .
- Your co-payment is expected at the time of service. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance plan.
Our insurance coordinator will be happy to electronically file your claims and assist you with any questions that you may have about your dental insurance plan.
